We’re looking for a RevOps Analyst who will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance within the Revenue Operations Team, managing the Service Desk, and providing cross functional reporting and analysis

You are:

A Revenue Ops Pro with 2+ years’ experience working in Sales or Revenue Operations. You have a strong understanding of Salesforce formula fields, workflows, custom views, reporting and dashboards. You also have experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools). You have experience with requirements gathering, creating documentation and creating/deploying solutions to end-users. You’re a self-starter with a ‘figure it out’ attitude.

As a Revenue Operations Business Analyst you will:

• Manage the RevOps Service Desk, delegate tasks and identify new projects where needed.
• Develop independent processes to analyze, optimize and accelerate ongoing business initiatives.
• Turn data into actionable business insights, proactively identifying areas of opportunity.
• Ensure consistent, accurate reporting across all teams.
• Design and generate dashboards and reports that drive better decisions, including sales forecasting, win/loss analysis & pipeline generation.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our Salesforce Instance in order to identify gaps in Process, Workflows and Automation.
• Serve as an integral part of the day-to-day quality assurance for the entire RevOps team.
