Sales Enablement Manager

The vision of our Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships team is to drive long-term revenue with small businesses by creating meaningful and value-added engagement at every touch-point, developing the foundation for an ongoing business relationship.
The Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) team works cross functionally and collaboratively across the organization to drive growth. We provide insights, support, analytics, forecasting, and change management to help align the goals of the company.
The Sales Enablement Manager will lead the enablement function at OnDeck reporting into the broader Revenue Operations team. The manager will oversee vendor management and be the technology evangelist for the revenue team
As a Sales Enablement Manager at OnDeck on the Rev Ops team, you will:
- Oversee relationships with existing vendors, own renewal and procurement process
- Constantly stay up to date on latest trends in SalesTech and MarTech
- Strong communicator with the ability to speak in a technical manner and synthesize back to nontechnical stakeholders
- Passion for driving process improvement and ability to prioritize based on constraints and business need
- Partner with training and sales management to train, drive adoption, and improve existing processes
- Work with stakeholders to manage the backlog of requests across multiple business units
- Collaborate cross functionally to drive results by working with sales, marketing, partnerships, technology, and product
Necessary qualifications for success:
- 3+ years in revenue/sales enablement and bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience turning vision into reality
- Experience working in an inside sales environment and understand contact center software and policies
- Experience working closely with Salesforce.com administrators and developers. Bonus points if you have an admin certificate
- Experience managing a team
- Able to wear multiple hats and juggle changing priorities

- Relevant certifications
- Working knowledge of SQL
