Latch is looking for an extraordinarily talented Senior Accountant to join our global finance organization to support the accounting function. This role will report to the Director of Accounting and partner closely with various members across the entire organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts
  • Recording various journal entries into Netsuite to maintain accurate financial statements
  • Ownership over inventory and COGS transactions.
  • Ownership of short-term debt accounting.
  • Work closely with FP&A to ensure completeness of transactions for the monthly close process
  • Interact directly with external auditors to provide support for audit selections
  • Support various ad hoc projects including system implementations
  • Processing and reconciling inter-company activity
  • Assist team for both financial and statutory audits. 
  • SOX compliance and adherence to control processes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of public or 4 years private accounting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • CPA preferred.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Inventory accounting experience is a must
