What Will You Own? 

• Manage the monthly and quarterly consolidation.
• Manage monthly closing workpapers  (ie. bank recs, fixed assets, prepayments, accruals).
• Review and approve monthly journal entries.
• Assist and drive the coordination and review of our international operations financial statements to ensure accurate and timely accounting and reporting of monthly reporting results for our international operations.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes SEC financial reporting processes and initiatives, including related activities.
• Develop and maintain a well-documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist and drive international statutory audits.
• Ability to take on special projects and other day to day bookkeeping.
• Participate in the implementation and optimization of various new systems and processes.
• Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
• Support Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements.

What Do You Need for Success?

• 5+ years previous accounting experience.
• Big 4 or other large public accounting firm experience required.
• CPA required.
• Strong Excel skills (formula design, pivot tables, charts).
• Excellent analytical skills (data collection and modelling, what-if scenarios).
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to a high growth environment.
• Great oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP General Ledger system, Concur, or Hyperion/HFM a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with willingness to engage with sales executives and sales management.
