Working alongside our Design, Construction and Procurement teams, the Project Finance Senior Associate will be charged with ensuring each building opened is in line with our financial targets. S/he will lead the development of financial planning and reporting tools while pushing the Launch team to make more data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Manage global demand forecast model and cash flow forecast in collaboration with Real Estate, Project Management and Design Teams
• Own expense categorization and vendor account reconciliation with Finance
• Report on budget vs. actual capital expenditures to internal stakeholders
• Lead variance analysis of budget vs. actual, including identification of cost saving opportunities

You are an analytical, intellectually curious, high horsepower problem-solver who is comfortable working with data and translating it into strategic recommendations. You know that clear communication and transparency in problem solving is critical, and you have the ability to effectively synthesize and manage up. You also have the following:

• 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role (investment banking, management consulting or similar)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and Microsoft Powerpoint/Google Slides - building financial and decision support models and creating professional and effective presentations
• Bachelor’s degree with superior academic performance in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting or related fields
• Startup experience preferred, but not required
