We are looking for an exceptional Finance Director who will track, report and prepare analysis on all financial aspects of our new ventures. The ideal candidate must be willing to embrace change and be comfortable taking on an evolving set of responsibilities.

What You Will Do:

• Design and lead budgeting/forecasting processes across the ventures
• Manage monthly financial reporting and proactively communicate findings and variance to leadership team
• Work closely with venture team to understand and evaluate various marketing and revenue-related initiatives
• Manage business development deals including contract review, financial analysis and revenue recognition
• In-depth financial analysis and modeling projects including pricing, investments, M&A, and strategic planning

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or equivalent
• 4+ years of finance, accounting, business development, consulting, or other analytical work experience
• Demonstrated financial and analytical capabilities with ability to model various scenarios to help business partners make sound financial decisions
• Experience leading corporate planning rhythm
• Disposition must be suited for a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Great organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity/change in a high-growth, fast paced environment
