About the role

As a Senior Financial Analyst you will have a diverse set of responsibilities from reporting to strategic analysis. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and play a key role in telling the Angi financial story to internal and external stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your analytical skills to drive insights and communicate recommendations to leadership while helping us further enhance reporting and execute on our overall financial strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the key finance partner supporting SEM/SEO online consumer marketing channels, providing insight, operational support, and analysis
  • Work closely with business owners and FP&A team members to assess and understand drivers of variances to forecast and explain business trends
  • Prepare presentations that follow a logical, data-driven approach which clearly communicate analyses and recommendations to executives in the context of an overarching business case
  • Provide accurate and timely operational reports and analysis to sr. leaders and business stakeholders to support and drive strategic decisions and specials projects
  • Actively drive the development, management, and improvement of FP&A practices and processes

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience related to FP&A, data or financial modeling, consulting or advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Intellectual curiosity with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Superior attention to detail and problem-solving work ethic
  • Experience with enterprise accounting systems (NetSuite, Oracle Hyperion, etc.)
  • Familiarity with corporate performance management systems (Adaptive, Anaplan, Vena, etc.) preferred
  • Experience with MS Access, SQL, or other programming languages preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $110,000-115,000 commensurate with experience and performance. 
  • This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus
