How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

Collibra seeks a determined, highly independent Senior Financial Analyst for its growing FP&A department. This will be a high impact role, working directly with upper management and executive leaders of both the sales and marketing organizations. The role will provide ample opportunity for the right candidate to carve their own path, building many functions from the ground up and having a direct impact on Collibra’s strategic initiatives.

A day in the life of a Senior FP&A Analyst at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Manager, Sales & Marketing FP&A and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Deep diving into company data, developing high-impact KPI dashboards and business insights to drive strategic initiatives
  • Acting as a trusted business partner for both the sales and marketing leaders
  • Owning, maintaining, and providing variance commentary of department P&Ls
  • Developing complex financial models to assist into leaders decision making process
  • Becoming the expert of sales commission calculations and analysis
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Assisting with the monthly and quarterly board materials

You Have:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel & Google Suite products
  • At least 2 years in an analytical role, preferably in FP&A
  • Track record of developing or improving upon key business processes and tools
  • Excels at making order out of chaos - ability to make numbers make sense
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, often nebulous working environment
  • SQL, Python, VBA coding languages a huge plus but not required
