If we expand into new countries or acquire companies in locations in which we’re not currently operating, you will run point on registrations with all applicable tax agencies, ensuring we are ready to pay our people correctly wherever they are.
- You will be the subject matter expert on taxes as they relate to global payroll and equity transactions. If someone asks you to run a nonqualified stock option or net share settle Restricted Stock Units through payroll, you know what to do and if you don’t, you know where to find the answers to move forward.
- By monitoring multi-state and global wage and hour laws, final pay rules, and reporting requirements, you will ensure Harry’s stays current on legislative changes that may impact payroll and equity processing. You will be a critical partner to the Finance team, supporting both internal and external audits, and you’ll be on point for building and maintaining tight internal controls around our payroll processes.
