As a Senior Accountant at Rhino, you’ll join an accomplished team, helping us build the foundation of a company that is positioned to revolutionize the renting process.

In this role you will:

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy of revenue schedules
  • Analyze, investigate, and resolve underlying causes of data discrepancies
  • Upload data to Rhino’s collections partner
  • Maintain and suggest improvements to Rhino’s collections process
  • Review and handle payment as well as collection disputes
  • Build viable solutions in business processes to support business growth and scalability
  • Validate internal and external reporting by testing the performance indicators of Rhino’s
    products
  • Perform various accounting, administrative, and other related duties as assigned and
    required by the role
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive company goals

We’re ideally seeking:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting (CPA, a plus)
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of accounting principles and ability to read financial statements
  • Experience with accounting software programs (Quickbooks Online or Netsuite, a plus)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, capable of working with large amounts of data, and are comfortable analyzing large dataset
  • Obsessive attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, flexible, and able to work
    autonomously as well as take direction as needed
