A Senior Revenue Operations Manager can identify operational problems, find their own solution, and oversee its implementation. If given a strategic opportunity and a plan, they can implement it.

In this role, you will operationally assist the Revenue team by:

  1. Auditing existing revenue processes and constantly driving efficiency & productivity improvements.
  2. Develop reporting and analytical framework for individuals and leadership team.
  3. Coordinate with revenue teams and senior leadership on new process implementation, adoption and measurement.
  4. Manage Revenue team’s existing tech stack (i.e. Salesforce, ZoomInfo, MixMax, InsightSquared, Guru, Sales Navigator, etc)
  5. Develop enablement processes to facilitate onboarding and training of new sales talent

Our Senior Revenue Operations Manager will evaluate our Revenue team processes, programs, and systems to continuously optimize workflows and drive the most success for Bread. The candidate for this role will be someone who can both manage and improve our current Revenue Operations infrastructure while building strong relationships across the organization. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to help us scale our Revenue Operations team so we can balance supporting our growing Sales, Merchant Success, and Partnerships teams. We are looking for an individual who can be a jack of all trades managing sales processes and the tech stack, all while maintaining our data integrity and providing a long term solution for our revenue teams.

Your Role at Bread:

  • Revenue Operations:
    • Respond to all business questions about revenue pipeline & merchant onboarding with accurate data in a timely manner
    • Own revenue pipeline reporting & provide key insights to senior leadership on a regular basis
    • Manage territories and governance across the sales teams to ensure equitability.
    • Oversee sales quotas and compensation tracking for a team of 20-30 sales reps.
  • Revenue Systems:
    • Support 50+ revenue users in Salesforce via process improvement, change management, performance tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
    • Optimize the current sales tech stack including improving the workflows currently in place with Salesforce and owning the diligence of additional platforms.
    • Own Revenue process documentation & verification in our knowledge base
  • Sales Team Support & Reporting:
    • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to executives and major stakeholders
    • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.
    • Provide accurate, real-time visibility of team performance across leadership within the Revenue organization using InsightSquared
    • Develop a Revenue Enablement function to assist with onboarding and training of new hires as well as ongoing refresher trainings

Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience 
  • At least 2 years of Salesforce experience and highly proficient with Salesforce report building to inform strategic decision making
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of all sales software
  • Speaks confidently and articulately in front of executives or a group
  • Ability to build for the long term, but also able to find efficient short-term means
  • Analytical and data-driven ability and interest to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, solutions and other business teams
  • Comfortable with making and executing on decisions
  • Understands when to prioritize the urgent vs the important
  • Demonstrates the ability to think both analytically and creatively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Communicates clearly and effectively
  • Pays close attention to detail

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce Administrator experience is helpful but not required for this role
  • Work experience in the B2B SaaS or Finance sectors is a plus
