Sr. Analyst, Strategic Finance (Marketing)

As a Senior Analyst on the Strategic Finance team, you'll become a trusted business partner for the Marketing teams within our Consumer organization, including Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Influencer Marketing. Y ou will lead data analysis and data-driven decision-making, supporting the broader budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes alongside the rest of the Finance team. You will be looked to by the organization as someone that understands key drivers of the business and how decisions will impact the business.
What you'll do
- Partner closely with our Marketing teams, evaluating new business initiatives and marketing channels with financial models supported by internal and market data
- Relentlessly pursue a deeper understanding of business drivers, including tracking variances from expectations, digging deep into the whys and implications on the future
- Lead the financial forecast, budgeting, and reporting processes for our Marketing teams
- Partner with Marketing leads to create opex budgets and hiring plans
What you have
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years of FP&A or Management Consulting experience preferred
- Experience partnering with Marketing teams on campaign measurement, marketing efficiency metrics, and sales forecasting
- Mastery of financial modeling (3-statement, NPV, M&A) and spreadsheet functionality
- Advanced understanding of relational databases and BI tool functionality
- Strong project management skills - you are capable of conceiving and executing projects independently, with minimal oversight from manager
