Sr. Manager, Enterprise Finance Operations
As the Senior Manager, Finance Operations you will be a key member of the Enterprise Finance Operations team, focused on strategic initiatives related to Order to Cash and Revenue supporting our growth in Enterprise business. Partnering with Business Operations and Finance, this role will focus on delivering a range of process improvement initiatives and subsequent system implementations and enhancements to promote controls, efficiency and transparency in the financial operations. You will act as a lead on monthly, quarterly, and annual on-going sales compensation processes and policies in collaboration with various teams across the sales organization.
What you’ll do:
- Develop scalable business processes to support growing transaction volume while maintaining internal controls and data integrity related to Order to Cash operations
- Providing leadership and oversight of the sales compensation program, including quota attainment and commissions calculations.
- Support and provide guidance on the Resale operations
- Participate in the selection, design and implementation of a new Commission system. Responsible for maintaining and improving selected system configuration to streamline plan administration
- Partner with Sales Operations to drive sales compensation strategy by delivering analysis on quota and earning attainment trends
- Participate in the annual planning cycle to implement and rollout the new sales compensation plans
- Be able to identify and solve issues related to operations and lead the operational aspects toward the financial close deadlines
- Actively mentor and coach experienced analysts and support career development
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- 8+ years of experience
- Commissions calculations and reporting in Saas based offerings
- Order to Cash operations
- Advanced excel skills and experience with enterprise BI tools and data management
- System implementation and support experience
- Finance and general ledger accounting experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field
Bonus points (nice skills to have, but not needed):
- Zuora Billing process and operations
- Sales Operations or Field Operations experience via Salesforce
- Technology specific - Snowflake, Alteryx, CPQ
