Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage AP process for the company.
  • Completing monthly bank recs for 4 bank accounts.
  • Responsible for maintaining schedules for: Fixed Assets, Intangibles, Prepaids, Accruals.
  • Completing worksheets for each home transaction (buy & sell side).
  • Assist with monthly close including financial analysis on actual vs budget.
  • Work closely with auditors during our annual audit.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Professional Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of accounting experience
  • Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Accounting/Business focus)
  • Understanding of GAAP
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Quick Books a plus
  • Knowledge of Concur a plus

Personal Qualifications

  • Results orientation with a high motor and an incredible attention to detail; able to drive projects from planning to completion with limited oversight
  • A low ego and can-do attitude; willingness to admit mistakes and work to remedy them
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility to prioritize deliverables and re-prioritize them at a moment’s notice
  • Comfort operating in an ambiguous environment where there's not a set playbook on how to solve each problem
