The Role:

As a Strategic Consultant, Payroll on our Guide team reporting to our Director of Market Strategy, you will play an instrumental role in driving revenue by consulting with payroll professionals at our prospects and partners. You will work cross-functionally to consult on internal projects as well, whether it be product-related or Sales/Marketing related as we refine our value proposition to payroll stakeholders.

Our Guide team is DailyPay’s in-house consulting team of subject matter experts. Guide serves to provide our prospects and partners with expert resources to help them understand how DailyPay is best suited to provide value to their organization and employees. They will be experts that our AEs, EIMs, and/or EPMs can leverage throughout the partnership as someone who has the relevant experience to speak to his or her specialty as needed. Moreover, they will act as our internal consultants and assist with matters related to their expertise.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Consult with all DailyPay teams to help think through how existing/new products may be perceived by Payroll stakeholders at prospects/partners.
  • Support the Sales Team on calls with Prospects as a third-party consultant to further validate how DailyPay benefits Payroll stakeholders and teams

What You Bring to The Team

  • Certified Payroll Professional
  • Understands the payroll process (seasoned payroll practitioner)
  • Experience implementing systems - can relate to the prospect/partner because they’ve done this before
  • Discretion, executive presence, strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills
  • You are a strategic problem solver
