The Role:

As Senior Manager of Strategic Finance, you will lead a newly established Strategic Finance team responsible for modeling and evaluating different scenarios and opportunities to make recommendations to executive leadership on business strategy, investment, potential transactions, and capital structure. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will also partner with business leadership, FP&A, Business Analytics, Treasury, Capital Markets, and Data Science teams.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Own and manage strategic models to evaluate different scenarios and ad hoc analyses across the enterprise, such as incremental investment opportunities, potential transactions, change in business mix, additional revenue streams, and cost structures 
• Identify and analyze key data sets, and set appropriate assumptions to assess various scenarios
• Integrate with existing planning analytics for revenue and gross margin modeling, and a growing data science organization
• Formulate recommendations on business strategy, potential transactions, and investments to executive leadership and the board of directors
• Evaluate optimal capital structure and funding plan for the company in partnership with key stakeholders

What You Bring to The Team:

• 8+ years of experience in financial statement analysis, FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, investment research, consulting, corporate treasury, or investor relations
• Extensive experience in building and adapting three-statement financial models and ad hoc models to evaluate return on investment and internal rate of return
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to present to executive leadership
• Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity; ability to meet tight deadlines
• Enjoys collaborating cross-functionally; working as part of a team and interacting with different departments
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and IBM Planning Analytics is preferred
• Knowledge of debt and equity capital markets is preferred
• Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
