As part of the Strategic Finance & Analytics (SFA) Group, the Strategic Finance Analyst will be a strategic, financial and operational thought partner to the executive team and business owners throughout the organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Compile monthly financial and operational KPIs for distribution to the BoD, SLT and Field / Operations / Member Care / Field IT
  • Responsible for handling ad hoc Looker requests for Field Operations and Member Care while maintaining airport level dashboards
  • Work to refine our planning/forecast processes for the core business, Member Care, and Field IT teams including Budget and 3 Year Plan
  • Support all airport and operations finance activities including multi-year strategic development and monthly expense reviews 
  • Build dynamic, detailed and scalable financial and operational models driven by key financial and operational metrics such as E/V ratio, revenue, verifications and other key metrics in partnership with Member Insights team
  • Own the labor efficiency metrics and scheduling platform with support from Director of Strategic Finance
  • Help drive new initiatives by creating detailed business cases to evaluate and support decision making (example - ROI on new airport launches)
  • Manage and maintain the capital expenditures budget, in partnership with Operations and Procurement
  • Help to transition to our new ERP system (Planful)

Who You Are:

  • 2-4 years of experience working with data and data visualization tools to produce actionable business insights
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college/university
  • Ability to tell stories through data, develop and use structured approaches to identify root causes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
  • Must have strong computer skills - Advanced MS Excel - pivot tables and pivot table reporting, advanced formulas and charting, basic data modeling skills in Looker
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Team player and fast learner
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

We are located in the Chelsea neighborhood on Manhattan's west side. Chelsea is the primary art district within the borough.
