The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Initiatives Manager to join our growing team. As Strategic Initiatives Manager, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff in facilitating implementation of strategic initiatives and internal operations by driving cross-functional initiatives, data collection, analysis, and reporting as well as meaningfully contributing to other ad-hoc cross functional projects that arise. This position will be crucial in helping to build and improve upon our internal capabilities that support general strategic growth and expansion efforts. How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Organize, coordinate, and lead organizational processes, data, projects and identify areas for higher effectiveness/efficiency 
  • Translate complex content into clear and concise messaging documents to communicate concepts cross-functionally
  • Work with CoS to design and implement strategic communication efforts
  • Establish and memorialize company-wide organizational processes 
  • Advise CoS on cross-functional interdependencies and opportunities for organizational effectiveness across the entire staff
  • Provide support on company-wide KPI tracking and communications on same
  • Draft and review company policies with respect to internal and external operations
  • Identify actionable insights, exercise sound business judgment, suggest recommendations and influence the direction of the business by effectively working with and communicating results cross-departmentally
  • Work with CoS and CEO to evaluate strategic decisions, whether it’s supporting Product in determining the market opportunity for a new product or deciding which countries we should pursue for international expansion
  • Lead and project manage major cross-functional initiatives from end to end
  • Identify opportunities to improve the way we are doing things, and execute on the solutions that you’ve developed

What You Bring to The Table:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree a plus
  • 4-6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting coupled with experience within a corporate development, strategic finance or business intelligence role within a corporate setting
  • Effortless storytelling, communication, and synthesis abilities
  • Extensive knowledge of business operations, corporate strategy & corporate communications
  • Strong analytical rigor with quantitative capabilities, working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization
  • Humble, roll up your sleeves approach with strong executive presence
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with strong presentation skills
  • Comfort working under high-pressure, time-sensitive, and rapidly evolving situations
