As our Strategy and Finance Senior Associate, you will have opportunity to work across a diversity of business models and sub-sectors as well as a variety of both analytical and deal oriented projects to support investment work. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to be part of building a new function and platform; and a differentiated investor network.

In this role, you will report to and work with the Director of Strategy & Finance at our New York City headquarters.

What you'll do:

  • Support fundraising efforts of Redesign Health and our operating companies through deck creation and modeling support
  • Manage the operating company fundraising process 
    • Support on expected fundraising processes and materials
    • Owning a segment of our VC relationships
    • Conduct a portfolio review KPI/financial assessment
    • Support the team in completing fundraising and strategic finance playbooks for operating companies
  • Be a core member of new ventures initiatives
    • Own the Strategy & Finance portion of investment memos
    • Informing the New Ventures pipeline by sharing venture capital feedback on gaps/major theme

What you'll need:

  • Background
    • 3-5 years of investment banking, management consulting or investing experience; with material exposure to Excel and financial modeling
    • Success leveraging an investor experience and mindset
  • Skills
