The Treasury Analyst will perform and support all treasury operations functions which include cash management, cash forecasting and various ad-hoc projects. The role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of banking transactions and for supporting technical and strategic business initiatives within the Treasury team.

 

This role is open to remote candidates residing in the U.S. except within the state of Colorado.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review daily bank activities
  • Monitor and review positive pay and ACH exceptions if any
  • Research and flag fraudulent transactions
  • Ensure proper funds flow and approval processes
  • Review cash position and forecasted position daily
  • Prepare and manage internal Treasury reporting as required on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Prepare and manage Treasury rolling forecast and month end summaries
  • Perform monthly investment interest reconciliation
  • Perform monthly bank fees reconciliation
  • Prepare customer credit risk analysis on an as needed basis
  • Analyze and reconcile monthly bank statements for all company bank accounts
  • Assist with performing customer credit underwriting
  • Manage prenoting and return process for new customers
  • Assist with performing quarterly bank portal user audits
  • Provide Treasury support to departments across the organization
  • Support Treasury Manager in ad-hoc projects as necessary
  • Perform ad-hoc research as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin. or Economics preferred
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred but not required
  • 2+ year’s related work experience
  • Understanding of basic cash management
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ownership mentality and willingness to learn and roll up the sleeves when necessary
