What We're Looking for:
The Vice President of Finance will oversee financial matters and manage our company’s financial planning, financing, and budget management functions. This role will report to the CEO and will spearhead the development of our company’s financial management strategy and contribute significantly to business decisions.
At Domio You Will:
- Lead banking, insurance, and external accounting and regulatory authority relationships
- Spearhead fundraising efforts and improve investor relations and communications
- Design and pursue growth strategies for fundraising channels
- Manage preparation of financial reports, outlooks, strategic forecasts, and audits
- Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and investment decisions
- Enforce benchmarks for measuring financial and operational performance
- Monitor and analyze company’s financial statistics with respect to profits, trends, and costs
- Advise teams to chart paths towards higher margins of profitability while also ensuring appropriate compliance within budgets
- Oversee and manage daily operations for finance and operations departments to understand revenue and cost drivers
- Oversee short and long term financial goals, objectives, policies, and operational procedures
Who You Are:
- 10+ years experience in senior level finance, investment banking, private equity or accounting positions
- Growth-oriented with a strong drive to exceed all goals
- Hold a New York CPA license (optional)
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems and of federal and state financial regulations
- Strong analytical ability
- Strong executive presence
- Work well with various teams to accomplish company goals
- Strong attention to detail
