As a founding engineer, you’ll own major product surfaces end-to-end, with a focus on delivering a world-class product experience. You’ll work directly with the CTO and CEO to turn complex compliance workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces.

You’ll:

• Design and build core UI features for our chart review dashboards, AI audit agents, and clinic health reporting tools.

• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs, AI outputs, and real-time data into seamless workflows.

• Elevate product usability and design through attention to detail, performance, and accessibility.

• Talk to customers, run demos, and translate feedback into fast iterations.

• Help define our engineering and design culture from the ground up.

• Strong experience in React / Next.js and modern front-end frameworks.

• Excellent UI/UX sensibilities — you can take a rough concept and make it elegant.

• Solid full-stack awareness — you’re comfortable touching backend APIs when needed (Supabase/Postgres or similar).

• Thrives in 0→1 environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

• Values speed, iteration, and direct impact over rigid process.

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience building AI-powered products (OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone).

• Have worked in healthcare or other regulated industries.

• Care about design systems, component reusability, and performance optimization.

• Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind

• Backend: Supabase (Postgres + Edge Functions)

• AI: LLMs, RAG Pipelines (Pinecone)
