monday.com is looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our expanding finance team in NYC! The Finance team is responsible for ensuring we are compliant with all business obligations, through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to support the company’s extensive growth. You will play a key part in the development of various business models, monthly & quarterly report packages for senior management and support the short and long-term planning process.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.


About The Role:

  • Build and develop financial models and ad-hoc analysis projects
  • Financial budgeting and on-going forecasting, while engaging various stakeholders
  • Define, calculate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive actionable insights
  • Take on the monthly and quarterly closing process (provisions, analysis, monthly reports and presentations)

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis for high-growth companies
  • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
  • Experience working with reporting systems (TM1, Adaptive Insights etc)
  • Grounded and original problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity, complexity and nuance
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving these to a successful conclusion

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $100,000-$145,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
