  • Compensation: $17/hour (paid bi-weekly)

You’ll be placed in one primary focus area based on your interests and career goals:

While you’ll specialize in one track, you’ll also gain exposure to the full media ecosystem—because the best strategists understand how it all connects.

  • Hands-on experience working on live campaigns
  • Direct exposure to clients, vendors, and senior leadership
  • Training across platforms, tools, and media strategies
  • A collaborative final project with your intern cohort
  • A deep understanding of how data, strategy, and execution come together

What You’ll Do
  • Partner closely with your mentor through daily shadowing and training
  • Sit in on (and contribute to) client and vendor calls
  • Assist with campaign setup, trafficking, and optimizations
  • Analyze performance data and help build reporting insights
  • Research new media opportunities and emerging platforms
  • Communicate with partners to ensure campaigns are pacing and delivering
  • Collaborate with fellow interns on a final presentation project

Who You Are
  • A strong communicator with both analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Excited about digital media, advertising, and emerging trends
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Suite (or willing to learn quickly!)

Qualifications
