WHAT YOU'LL DO

Player Responsibilities (Individual Contributor Work):

  • Execute high-impact user and monetization experiments across acquisition, activation, and expansion, personally leading major initiatives per quarter

  • Analyze user behavior data, growth, and revenue metrics to identify opportunities and guide product decisions

  • Work directly with engineering, design, and cross functional stakeholders to ship growth features that hit monetization goals

Coach Responsibilities (Team Leadership):
  • Build and lead a diverse, high-performing team across growth and engagement

  • Mentor PMs, providing clear career development while modeling exceptional execution

  • Scale monetization and growth practices focusing on experimentation frameworks your key area

  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure monetization and engagement has strategic influence

Hybrid Responsibilities (Both Player & Coach):
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, design, marketing, and sales to create intelligent monetization and engagement systems

  • Champion experimentation and data-driven decision making across your initiatives

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 8+ years of product management experience with 5+ years managing growth teams, preferably in SaaS, B2B or B2C software, or high-growth technology products

  • Proven track record of driving monetization growth (free-to-paid conversion) and leading teams to measurable user acquisition, activation, and retention outcomes

  • Expertise in growth methodologies, user optimization, cohort analysis, and engagement strategies with products that successfully scaled user bases

  • Track record of building, scaling, and nurturing high-performing growth teams and establishing strong experimentation frameworks

  • Strategic mindset with demonstrated success elevating growth's influence and user impact across an organization

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with fluency in SQL, growth analytics, and user behavior measurement platforms

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present growth insights and user acquisition strategies to diverse stakeholders including executive leadership

  • Deep understanding of how to balance rapid growth experiments with long-term user experience and product quality

  • Passion for customer-centric growth and building sustainable, value-driven user acquisition engines
