Job Overview

As Head of Growth at Beli, you will define and lead the company’s growth strategy. You will work closely with the CEO, marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop and execute strategies across user acquisition, retention, monetization, and lifecycle optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Growth strategy and execution
    • Develop, prioritize, and execute growth initiatives across multiple channels (e.g., in-app, paid, social, partnerships)
    • Conduct market, user, and quantitative research to inform growth strategy
    • Measure performance and iterate based on data
  • Channel ownership
    • Own and scale existing growth channels, including paid acquisition, user referrals, and lifecycle marketing
    • Identify and develop new growth channels
  • Product and experimentation
    • Collaborate with product and engineering to build and launch growth-oriented features
    • Design and run A/B tests to optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Monetization
    • Drive subscription and monetization initiatives
    • Identify and test new revenue opportunities

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years in growth, product, or marketing roles at a startup or high-growth company
  • Experience owning of a core growth metric or function (users, revenue, etc.)
  • Experience scaling a consumer, marketplace, or social products preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • High ownership, "roll up your sleeves" mentality, and intellectual curiosity

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on experience. This position also includes meaningful early-stage equity.
