The VP of Marketing & Brand Innovation will lead all marketing efforts at Knotel. Reporting to the COO, s/he will design and direct programs to drive awareness and leads, as well as build a team and competency areas across channels and audiences. The successful candidate will be comfortable stepping into a business that’s redefining the commercial real estate market, helping establish Knotel as the premiere player in the space and leveraging tools to multiply growth.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the team responsible for our marketing efforts on email, digital advertising, social, events, partnership, content, and other channels
• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy that will expand our footprint, drive customer acquisition, and enhance our revenue streams
• Own Knotel’s brand development, including look and feel, brand messaging, visual storytelling and positioning with consistency across all markets
• Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing strategy accordingly
• Manage department-wide budgets and measure success against goals
• Implement and drive adoption of marketing technologies that increase our automation, audience reach and reporting detail
• Serve as a subject-matter expert to the management team and departmental peers to challenge orthodoxy

You are a strategic and hands-on leader, with a dedication to monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing activity against goals, and a passion for delivering high levels of feedback and support to your team. Working at the strategic level, you generate bold and innovative ideas for growth while supporting the tactical campaign and communication level efforts of your team. You also have the following:

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience (Startup and/or companies with a digital and physical experience strongly preferred)
• Track record of success developing innovative marketing strategies across physical and digital products from the ground up
• Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset to help evaluate performance and continually iterate on our strategy
