Title: Assistant, Talent Acquisition


Primary Purpose

The Assistant, Talent Acquisition will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition department by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the hiring process. The Assistant will provide support to multiple recruiters, with a focus on scheduling interviews. In providing this support, the Assistant will interact with candidates/applicants, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Executives, and other areas of Human Resources as needed.
The successful individual with leverage their proficiency in Talent Acquisition to...

  • Manage all interview scheduling across multiple disciplines within Tapestry Commercial and Functional groups.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates either virtually via Zoom or in person (when applicable in hybrid work structure) utilizing accurate, professional and timely communication; add interviews to Outlook calendars and send meeting confirmations.
  • Coordinate conference rooms, book travel and logistics (when applicable in hybrid work structure).
  • Develop relationships with internal administrative staff to facilitate effective interview scheduling and planning.
  • Act as support and extension of Recruiters, assisting with the sourcing of candidates, running background checks, conducting reference checks and assisting with onboarding of candidates via the SuccessFactors system.
  • Provide ongoing support in the recruitment, coordination, and execution of the Tapestry Summer Internship Program:
      • Coordinate and schedule all career fairs for intern recruitment and act as a liaison with key colleges/universities.
      • Update all intern program-related collateral.
      • Manage all internship job postings (Career Site, Handshake, etc.).
      • Manage intern req creation and intern candidate entry into video interview platform (HireVue).
      • Maintain intern candidate tracker & diversity partners tracker.
      • Coordinate and schedule all summer intern program events and activities.
  • Conduct internet research on diversity resources.
  • Track and submit team expenses/invoices via Buying Hub portal.
  • Administer the Tapestry Referral Program.
  • Manage bi-weekly and ad hoc reporting for the TA/HR team as needed.
  • Manage Talent Marketing assets across recruitment platforms; Update seasonal assets/imagery across brand company pages quarterly.
  • Manage Tapestry Career site performance metrics.


The accomplished individual will possess...

  • At least one year of relevant work experience.
  • Recruitment coordination experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
