The Role

 Cedar is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our People team! As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a key role in continuing to build our organization. You will be on the front lines of our hiring efforts, sourcing and screening for some of our highest growth teams like Engineering, Implementations, Account Management, and more. You’ll partner with our existing Recruiting team to execute against our hiring strategies and goals, and will partner directly with leadership and others to grow our team.

Responsibilities

  • With a strong sense of urgency and understanding of our organization, source and screen candidates to efficiently move them through our hiring process
  • Find the best possible candidates for Cedar using creative sourcing methods and tools
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
  • Effectively navigate and leverage our ATS, Greenhouse, to maintain high-quality activity records around candidates, processes, and decisions
  • Consistently identify ways to improve our recruitment and hiring processes
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives as needed

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years recruiting for a rapid-growth company or recruiting agency; or 2+ years of account management/client services in enterprise or recruitment technology or services
  • Ability to own full-cycle recruitment (from finding candidates to offer) for high volume roles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to provide a best-in-class candidate experience and master Cedar’s tools and processes
  • Ability to analyze, adapt, and report on the success of processes used to perform the role
