Primary Purpose:
Reporting into the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, North America, this role will drive recruiting initiatives and process improvements for the Tapestry Talent Acquisition organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a team-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to design, implement and execute process improvements, resource allocation plans, recruiting metrics and status reports for the department. Key to this role is the ability to partner cross functionally with multiple stakeholders to influence the recruiting process and programs through the use of data in order to drive change. The Associate, Recruiting Operations will have a good command of reporting and analytics, and use data to influence change for the investment of resources (funding, headcount, vendor partnerships).

- Define, implement and maintain all recruiting operations for department to increase efficiency and overall recruitment ROI.
- Drive recruitment process improvements to increase team efficiency; implement requisition allocation.
- Create, review and analyze recruiting dashboard to identify areas for improvement on time to fill, aged requisitions, open requisitions, recruiter activity, platform usage, etc.
- Manage requisition allocation by assigning requisitions to recruiters; forecast future workforce talent needs to ensure recruitment team is able to meet those goals.
- Work cross functionally with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Technology Solutions (HRTS), Asset Protection (Background checks), IT (onboarding) on process enhancements / improvements/new hire equipment.
- Partner with Communications and Legal to ensure compliance to all laws and policies, related to systems and hiring.
- Optimize the effectiveness of talent as an operation and drive consistency across the team.
- Research cutting-edge technologies, evaluate impact, risk and make recommendations.
- Research technologies and evaluate the recruiting tech stack.
- Research, track and circulate key industry updates to the TA team regularly to drive strategic sourcing efforts.
- Additional ad hoc projects and responsibilities as needed.
Reporting & Analyzing Data
- Own bi-weekly and quarterly reporting needs for the NA HR Team; handle ad hoc reporting for TA/HR team as needed.
- Build out reports and dashboards to measure quarterly recruiting performance.
- Collect & analyze data, use quantitative and qualitative mechanisms to make decisions and recommendations on critical strategic issues.
Branding, Vendor and Budget Management
- Develop and manage relationships with recruiting partners and vendors.
- Submit and track TA team's expenses through company invoicing portal.
- Partner with procurement team and external vendors to confirm payments are made.
- Interface and partner with select Tapestry recruitment vendors e.g., Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, Business of Fashion, BuiltIn for various components of contract.
- Audit Glassdoor & Indeed Reviews- becoming key point of contact.
- Delegate LinkedIn licenses to new Recruiters.
- Host quarterly business reviews with vendor partners.
- Own monthly metrics / analytics reporting for vendors.
- Update company pages across sites, collaborating with brand creative teams, as needed.
- Track employer branding and sourcing metrics across vendors to determine effectiveness and ROI.
The accomplished individual will possess...
- BA / BS degree preferred
- 3-5 years of recruitment operations or strategic planning experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- 1-2 years recruiting experience preferred
- Experience with recruiting processes or ATS systems; SuccessFactors experience highly preferred
