We are seeking a Business Recruiter with success to hire top talent for a fast-growing SaaS technology company that just hit unicorn status! You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to hire the best talent for customer success, sales, marketing, finance and other roles!

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting for various teams across the organization within the US market
  • Work directly with hiring managers to develop a clear candidate profile, providing.
  • Consultative guidance and market data to ensure we set proper job and recruiting expectations.
  • Become an expert of the product and business in order to present Bluecore as a destination workplace to candidates.
  • Open job requisitions, post jobs, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews within the company applicant tracking system (Greenhouse); ensuring accurate record keeping and adhering to all legal and compliance requirements.
  • Predict and remediate process bottlenecks and improve the process to increase efficiency and minimize time to hire.
  • Actively source and attract passive candidates through varied media channels in this highly competitive market.
  • Build solid relationships internally and with candidates by communicating using high levels of customer service and follow-up.
  • Partner with internal teams, including hiring managers and leadership team to develop and present job offers and negotiate details
  • Leverage some great recruitment tools including Gem and Textio to increase our success.
  • Help drive our diversity hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Successful track record of 3+ years full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for all level positions for the go to market teams including but not limited to Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, People, etc.
  • Previous experience working in a fast growing tech company (preferably series C or D with at least 50 percent growth year over year) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System.
  • Outstanding abilities in proactive recruitment navigating job boards, social media channels, and LinkedIn Recruiter. In-depth knowledge of Boolean search and other web-based sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent relationship building capabilities both cross functionally and externally with a keen ability to drive engagement with the recruiting process, influence, advise, and negotiate. Mature proactive professional judgment.
  • BA or BS from an accredited university required.
