This role will be based in NYC and reporting to our Sr. Director, People Operations

What You Will Do:

• Partner with leadership to understand and fill their hiring needs
• Identify, engage and manage candidates that are a great fit for QuadPay
• Use data and sourcing tools to continuously improve our overall effectiveness
• Strategically plan and own the pipeline and closing for hard to fill roles
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with top, diverse talent in the industry

What You Should Have:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Previous experience in a high growth start-up
• Ability to source across all business functions with a consistent focus on diversity
• Proven track record of establishing strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process
• Independence, organization, and creativity
