As a Campus Recruiting and Program Specialist, you will be an integral part of Justworks’ long-term growth and success. You will be responsible for all parts of the campus recruiting life cycle, including (but not limited to), organizing and leading campus events, building a strong and diverse candidate pipeline, branding, building relationships with internal stakeholders, and managing our internship program. You are unafraid to try new things, champion new ideas, and embrace suggestions for how we can improve on our processes and programs. You are an “out of the “ thinker, who possesses a high degree of resourceful and creative thinking. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and like to build meaningful relationships.
Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work On
- Assist with establishing and further enhancing Employer Value Proposition and employment brand in the marketplace
- Provide a high-quality experience for every potential candidate through effective communication and consistent follow-through
- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening and face-to-face interviews through to hire
- Assist with establishing and further enhancing Employer Value Proposition and employment brand in the marketplace
- Develop creative recruiting/sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles - this will include active and passive candidate sourcing, cold calling and Internet-based sourcing
- Work cross functionally and develop strong relationships with hiring managers through strategy meetings, status updates and constant communication
- Assist with establishing and further enhancing Employer Value Proposition and employment brand in the marketplace
- Own Recruiting-driven events, including on-campus recruiting
- Assist with regular and ad-hoc reports, providing data on recruiting performance and metrics for both in-house recruitment and external relationships
- Help to maintain our applicant tracking system
- Other duties as needed based on department and/or organizational needs

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience recruiting, campus recruiting a plus
- Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Strong track record of sourcing diverse candidates
- Excellent research/sourcing skills
- Experience using Greenhouse preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and natural ability to establish trust and credibility
- Results-driven and metrics-oriented
- Resourceful and able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions
- Self-starter, comfortable with a rapidly changing office environment
- Interested in entrepreneurial environments and want to help build something meaningful
- Willingness to travel as needed
