Campus Recruiting Program Specialist
Squarespace is looking for a Campus Recruiting Program Specialist to support talent acquisition through intern program management, recruiting event execution, and external partnerships. A program manager and relationship builder, you will work with internal and external partners to increase brand awareness and help Squarespace scale. You’ll support Campus and Industry Recruiters, Talent Brand, and Diversity & Inclusion to source, vet, select and maintain external partnerships. This role reports to the Team Lead, Recruiting Programs and Operations and is based in our New York headquarters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Intern Program Management and Coordination:
- Help execute our summer intern program, including onboarding, social and educational events, performance management, and more
- Be the main contact for swag vendors, sending RFPs and keeping track of inventory onsite and in storage
- Create all intern and new grad communication
- Ad hoc interview coordination
Recruiting Event Execution & Partnership Management:
- Project manage campus and industry recruiting events, conferences, and meetups including: vendor management, contract negotiation, procurement, design and asset management, budget tracking, project team management and communication, on-site support, and post event recaps/metrics
- Manage all university recruiting logistics including career fairs, info sessions, Squarespace representative pre-visit information, in-office Open House event, student treks, Superday programming and swag shipments
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in campus recruiting, events or project management
- Experience in event and project management, both large and small
- Flexibility to travel ~15 days of the year
