The Chief People Officer will be a proven leader that will strategize and guide our people programs to support and influence overall organizational goals. You will use data to drive Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and People Operations initiatives that will evolve, enhance, and enrich our inclusive, fast-moving, and spirited culture. As an executive member of our leadership team, you will provide guidance and mentorship as you partner with departmental leaders as well as support the growth and development of the broader teams. What You’ll Own:

  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion. Develop and implement  corporate diversity and inclusion strategies, including recruitment, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement and retention.
  • Workforce Planning. Partner with leaders to understand and anticipate hiring and development needs against the capabilities needed to deliver business objectives; prepare updated workforce plans and forecasts that support overall business goals
  • Best In Class Talent Acquisition Strategy.  Develop a talent acquisition strategy and team to provide a constant pipeline of top tier, diverse talent to support our short and long-term growth initiatives
  • Strategy & Goal Mapping: Define, communicate and gain organizational alignment around the people development strategy and delivery model. Drive the implementation and execution of high-impact, business-centered learning, leadership programs.
  • Policy Creation and Implementation:  Enhance/develop, implement, and administer human resources policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve its overall operations and effectiveness.
  •  Business Partnerships: Provide overall leadership and guidance to business leaders and the  HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally during periods of high growth and transformation.
  • Data Driven Approach: 
    • Utilize a data driven approach to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions for employee performance, retention, and engagement
    • Develop recommendations for implementation and use of metrics and analytics to assess current processes and add areas for improvement across all human resource functions.

Necessary Experience:

  • 10 + years of progressive HR experience
  • 5+ years working in a tech start up
  • Has led and grown teams of various sizes for at least 5+ years 
  • Proven experience overseeing the HR function through periods of significant growth and inflection points 
  • Experience overseeing or partnering on the creation of DEI programs and initiatives 
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification a plus
  • The mParticle People Tech stack includes ADP Workforce Now, BambooHR and Greenhouse ATS
