The Role

As a College Recruiter at Palantir, you will play a key role in helping shape the organization's future by identifying and attracting students to our company. You will be part of a highly skilled, global team that is challenged to think creatively about how to drive hiring results. You will also help develop, implement, and execute a broad on-campus recruiting strategy, with a particular emphasis on sourcing high quality candidates. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop recruiting and sourcing strategy for a subset of universities and schools, including pre-identification and sourcing of candidates, pre-screening resumes, pre-screen calls with candidates to recommend for additional interview rounds, operational plans, diversity recruiting plans, and branding activities.
  • Analyze recruiting stats and metrics on an on-going basis — determining the strategic significance of your data and adjusting strategy as necessary based on your insights — and provide trends to key stakeholders.
  • Research and build relationships with student groups, hackathons, clubs, and university programs that attract top technical talent; work to increase our diversity organization outreach with universities.
  • Serve as the primary resource for candidates throughout the recruiting process, including negotiating offers, answering questions, and communicating status.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with your hired interns throughout their internship, including answering questions, sharing feedback, and running their conversion process, and contribute to the shape of the internship program.
  • Attend on-campus and in-house activities for universities, including presentations, success dinners, office visits, networking events, and interviews. You may be responsible for administrative aspects of on-campus events.
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teammates to develop and implement sourcing strategies for our technical positions.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation around learnings from recruiting events, outcomes from schools and universities, trends surfaced from sourcing, and other insights.

  • Experience recruiting in a technology environment and building relationships at nationally ranked universities, preferred.
  • The ability to travel during peak campus recruiting cycles
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
