About the Role

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you’re will be a key contributor to the People team and will assist in administering and implementing the total rewards programs. You will build, improve, and optimize core People processes and data to lay the foundation for a world-class human resources team, at an HR company! You’ll also own the ins-and-outs of important total rewards cycles and processes that build a better employee experience, from day one onward. Simply put, you’re a key player in the day-to-day operations of the People team as well as a voice in how we use data to elevate talent at Namely!


Responsibilities

Compensation

  • Assist with administering the compensation review process.
  • Provide analysis of external and internal compensation data and recommend changes
  • Manage external compensation survey process and participation
  • Assist with ensuring our stock plans and equity grant process are administered timely and accurately.
  • Assist HR Business Partners and Recruiters with compensation related issues
  • Partner with finance and sales to administer sales plan documents
  • Assist with Benefits planning and administration

Data & Technology

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute recurrent and adhoc internal HRIS (Namely) reports for stakeholders
  • Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and cleanliness of internal HR data with recurring data audits to ensure system accuracy
  • Identify new opportunities for HR process automation and implement automated solutions
  • Collect and harness insight from qualitative HR data.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience working in compensation or total rewards, at least 1 - 2 of which offered direct experience with HR data and reporting
  • Strong Microsoft Office in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for data, metrics, and trends.
  • Experience with writing reports and extracting data from an HRIS.
  • Ability to own and balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
  • Exercises professional maturity and discretion when dealing with sensitive data
  • Strong communication skills with employees at every level of the organization
  • Strong verbal/written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
