About the Team:
Our People Team has grown to include 7 Talent Acquisition Specialists, 2 Payroll Specialists and 2 HR Business Partners across NYC and Paris. As a Compensation & Benefits Manager you will have a chance to help us implement our ambitious development roadmap, with an estimated 200+ international hires before the end of next year! We are leading an efficient HR strategy and need to create first class processes and tools for a unique employee experience. A strong international predisposition is required.
What you will do:
- Create tools and processes to lead compensation topics for the company
- Influence equity policy and manage US stock options / RSU / BSPCE for our French and US Aircallees
- Prepare compensation information for the board
- Organise benchmarks, share results, and propose action plans to implement a competitive compensation policy
- Lead salary reviews: process and support
- Propose compensation optimization for the different countries
- Act as a consultant for HRBPs and our Chief People Officer
What you will bring:
- 5 years or more experience in the compensation & benefits area
- Experience in tax alignment, international mobility (gross up and candidate communication)
- Ability to build tools and processes from scratch
- A highly detail oriented mindset
- A strong problem solving mindset
- Strategic analysis experience combined with a practical, statistical, and mathematical mindset
- Strong experience with Excel and HRIS
- Highly effective communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse culture and set of people
