We’re looking for a Compensation Business Partner, Product and Technology to join Procore’s Global Rewards Team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Talent Business Partners, Management, and our Talent Acquisition team to provide compensation analysis and compensation program management support for the business. The successful candidate takes a collaborative approach in identifying and addressing global compensation issues while evangelizing Procore’s compensation philosophy and strategy. The ideal candidate can understand complex data, is detail oriented and laser focused, but also able to see the bigger picture.
As a Compensation Business Partner, Product and Technology, you’ll use your analytical and influencing skills to drive our compensation strategy, programs, policies and processes for a truly remote workforce. This role will have exposure to all of the work efforts within the team. While you will have areas of focus, we value openness and consider all opinions so you can expect to have a seat at the table as we deliver on the initiatives on our roadmap.
This position reports into Head of Global Compensation and will be based as a remote employee in the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Implement our global total rewards philosophy and principles in all compensation related decisions, and processes, and programs
Collaborate with Talent Business Partners, recruiters, managers and business leaders on compensation matters in the P&T organization
Conduct global market analysis and provide data driven-insights regarding base salary, short-term incentive and equity compensation for new and existing roles in the P&T organization
Perform analysis on the efficiency and competitiveness of global compensation programs, and model potential impact of alternatives
Support annual compensation planning activities, including data prep, auditing and reporting out on key findings
Build and maintain compensation documentation, and work with Talent Ops and other partners to support audits, and drive process improvements
Develop and deliver training to the Global Talent Organization, team, partners, and the business
What we’re looking for:
BA/BS or equivalent
At least 8+ years of work experience in developing and managing global compensation programs and processes for public companies, preferably in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment
A strong understanding of compensation best practices, current compensation trends, and market benchmark data
Strong understanding of HR Information Systems, specific experience with Workday preferred
Proven analytical skills, keen eye for detail, and have in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets including building and maintaining complex models
Experience communicating effectively across teams, including translating quantitative insights to non-quantitative audiences
The ability to communicate across diverse groups with clear, approachable, and collaborative style
Strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently when advising senior leaders
