Role Mission:
We are looking to hire 2 contract recruiters to source and to screen SDRs and CSMs in a high growth phase of our SaaS B2B company. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, the recruiters will build the BDR team in Sales and the CSM team in Customer Success by partnering with hiring managers to rapidly scale their teams. The recruiters hire highly skilled team members who exemplify LeagueApps’ SPORTSDOG values.
Responsibilities:
Execute the end-to-end recruiting / talent acquisition process.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop roles and responsibilities and hiring plans for each role.
- Post roles on ATS and social media sites.
- Screen resumes.
- Schedule candidates for interviews.
- Conduct the initial candidate screen via Zoom.
- Ensures ATS (Greenhouse) data integrity by following a concise dispositioning process.
- Ensures references and background checks are complete prior to . Collaborates with hiring managers to make hiring recommendations.
- Develop and oversee a talent acquisition marketing strategy that generates a pipeline of qualified candidates leveraging our website, social media, partnerships, and events
- Committed to hire a diverse workforce by creating diverse slates of candidates..
Experience:
- Knowledge of the recruiting and technical recruiting principles with at least 2 years of recruiting experience preferably in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of Greenhouse ATS
- Startup experience is strongly preferred
- Experience driving DE&I initiatives related to talent acquisition is preferred.
