Corporate Recruiter
THE ROLE
Peloton is looking for an experienced recruiter to join our growing Corporate Recruitment team. This team supports non-tech hires within Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Creative, Supply Chain, and Strategy among others. This person will take immediate ownership of a substantial portion of our job portfolio and be responsible for executing a world-class recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will be able to add value to our current hiring process while constantly challenging our status quo to evolve this function as our team and Peloton’s business scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full life cycle recruitment from kick-off meetings with hiring managers to closing candidates
- Source and build a pipeline of candidates across various platforms, including online social channels, the Peloton job board, referrals, online hiring channels, individual networks, meetups, events and more
- Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and accurately define open roles; craft a process that will lead to the right hire in a timely, efficient manner
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience end to end, working cross-departmentally to ensure flawless execution
- Share best practices and constantly look for new techniques or products that can improve the recruiting team's processes overall
- Build relationships and proactively engage with hiring managers and candidates
- Be an advocate for continually raising the bar, and ensuring that candidates understand and embrace our unique culture
- Use talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and acquire the best talent
- Prepare offers, create strategic closing plans, negotiate compensation packages for a seamless recruiting process
- Collaborate with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure great candidate experience, in addition to building and executing interview plans
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of successful recruiting experience
- Agency and in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Ability to service a high volume of roles with impeccable quality of service to both candidates and hiring managers
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Desire to operate with a bias for action; taking ownership of the candidate journey end-to-end
- Genuine desire to build the Best Place to Work
- Experience with Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System highly preferred
