Better is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent team. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a leading role in identifying and engaging top talent in a creative way, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization. In this role, you will manage the experience of both our hiring managers and candidates, ensuring that expectations of key stakeholders are not just met, but exceeded. You will be part of an ambitious, driven and quality focused talent acquisition team. Above all, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring Better’s most important asset - its people!
Responsibilities will include:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for one or multiple key areas within our organization with a constant lens on diversity, belonging and inclusion
- Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to deliver positive interview experiences
- Develop sourcing strategies
- Update and manage our candidate pipeline
- Source candidates from various platforms
- Think outside of the box to find talent at every opportunity
- Tailor and post job listings for open positions
- Own candidate experience - guide them through the hiring process
About You:
- 1+ years of experience working as an in-house corporate recruiter with high-volumes in a vibrant environment
- Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a start up and/or fast-paced environment
- A go-getter who can self-manage and execute new processes and strategies
- A scrappy & creative thinker
- Comfortable navigating through ambiguity
