The Job

In this role you will support the VP of Talent Management as part of the overall People team to architect programs that enhance the engagement of our employees and the overall company culture. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Help drive engagement and a deeper connection to cultural values and company vision 
  • Design and facilitate new employee onboarding training (Medly Mondays)
  • Coordinate and execute company-wide engagement surveys and resulting action planning
  • Lead and participate in working groups that are meant to enhance company culture and communication 
  • Regularly check in on employee engagement and sentiment to keep leadership and key stakeholders informed 
  • Coordinate logistics and oversee execution of company events 
  • Work with stakeholders across the company to drive planning and execution of company programs focused on employee engagement 
  • Manage vendor relationships related to internal employee events and engagement
  • In partnership with Communications, Marketing, Overall People Team, manage internal communications related to culture and company events as well as facilitate internal focus groups and feedback sessions 
  • Manage program/event related budgets
  • Research and recommend tools and resources for supporting culture and engagement strategy 
  • Participate in employee resource groups, support diversity and inclusion initiatives, community and volunteer efforts and assist with planning and execution of those events as needed 
  • Propose initiatives, programs, and/or events to increase employee engagement and well-being

 

About You: Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • Preferred 5+ years experience managing corporate engagement and / or events for both onsite and remote team members 
  • Preferred 4+  years Human Resources (HR) experience 
  • Preferred experience with Culture Amp
  • Passionate about people and culture 
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with a positive attitude and natural leadership qualities 
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and attention to detail 
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets 
  • Ability to work autonomously while keeping key stakeholders informed
