Job Description

We are seeking a Defined Contribution Analyst for our best in class Benefits Department.

 

You will:

  • Be responsible for the administration of the Qualified Defined Contribution Plan, Non Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan, and grandfathered Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan (total assets of $4 billion).
  • Ensure plans are in compliance with federal regulations and IRS codes.
  • Technical and operational lead on all governmental filings for the Qualified Defined Contribution Plan.

You are:

  • Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Able to work effectively in an environment notable for complex, sometimes contradictory information.
  • Adept at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
  • Adept at building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals.
  • An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.
  • Able to operate effectively, even when things are not clear or the way forward is not obvious.

You need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 5 years or more defined benefit/defined contribution experience.
  • In lieu of Bachelor's we can consider candidates with 9 years of experience.
  • Strong communications skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Workday a plus.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
