We are looking for a DEI expert with a proven track record of creating and executing an impactful DEI strategy for a quickly scaling organization. This person is deeply passionate about building an inclusive and diverse workplace and exploring how DEI intersects with mental health to help create the most mentally healthy work environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve as the go-to resource for and subject matter expert in DEI initiatives and frameworks
- Partner with VP of People and leverage internal DEI stakeholders in developing DEI strategy and key initiatives
- Identify and partner with external consultants where necessary
- Communicate strategy, initiatives and results with Executes and entire employee base through team meetings, all-hand meetings, internal and external written communications, and even smaller group facilitations
- Provide a data-driven approach to DEI by identifying the metrics and reporting strategies necessary to draw insights, make recommendations, and measure our execution
- Serve as a cross functional partner to business units, advising teams where they need counsel
- Assist in the creation of Employee Resource Groups, guiding and supporting these groups as they grow
What We Expect From You:
- 7+ years of DEI Management experience
- Proven track record of building DEI frameworks, measuring performance and generating tangible results
- Ability to build consensus across functions and stakeholders
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and company-wide communicationA kind, thoughtful, caring leader who can navigate complex situations
