Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we’re looking for a Director of Global Learning & Development to join our HR Team team. The Director of Global Learning & Development is responsible for establishing and executing a development strategy mapped to overall business objectives that enhances the skills, knowledge and abilities of leadership and employees. This individual will develop and facilitate global and regional training initiatives for all employees as well as ensure that these programs are continually being enhanced through high quality content, delivery methods, tools, and best practices. In addition, you will collaborate with senior management in order to understand the company’s strategic long-term vision and goals. 

What you’ll do:

  • Create and implement a global learning and development strategy for IAS 
    • Oversee design, methodology, and approach of bootcamps; partner with functional training departments to implement
    • Learning Management System (Lessonly) oversight
    • Oversee global onboarding and New Hire Orientation
    • Oversee identification of global IAS leadership competencies and development of a global New Manager Program
    • Lead development of L&D framework, strategy, and execution for IAS’s global employee population with an initial emphasis on creating an overall forward-looking manager development program and roadmap
  • Work closely with business leaders to address development gaps, and design and execute high-impact and scalable learning experiences informed by business needs.
  • Supervise and collaborate with the Learning & Development Coordinator 
  • Strategize the internal delivery of Training Programs (with some external vendor support)
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs across all levels of leadership to increase leadership effectiveness and support succession planning
  • Contribute to the process of embedding our core values within IAS culture 

Who you are and what you have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development--training and strategy
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with the HR team and business leaders
  • Expertise and passion for Learning & Development as well as respect for the discipline and art of organization development
  • Ability to work under high pressure and prioritize workload with multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously and with flexibility
  • Outstanding interpersonal, executive presence, and coaching skills required
  • Successfully manage matrixed reporting relationships 
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Experience in organizational design and change management is a plus
