Recruitment and Training Lead
Location: Bronx, NY (E. 140th & Walton Ave.)
Comp range: $50-$60k
Bennies: 10 days PTO. Additional benefits (including health) rolling out soon.

Why this role exists: We are expecting a high level of growth over the next few years, and will need someone to help us find the right people for our open positions. We have a great opportunity to build a robust team capable of handling all of the junk removal needs for the city that never sleeps and its surrounding neighborhoods. We are looking for someone who is a star recruiter who can help coordinate HR functions with our external provider.

Required Experience/Skills:
2+ years of professional hands-on experience in full cycle recruiting
Ability to implement training programs as necessary
Bonus if you have:
Previous experience recruiting laborers
Experience in coordinating or implementing general HR benefits/laws/principles
College degree or applicable experience
Objective Outcomes:
Find/Attract and hire qualified team members
Provide accurate & timely reporting
Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires
Coordinate actions with our external HR and legal provider
Facilitate performance reviews
Implement proper hiring/tracking/dismissal procedures
Help develop the company culture
Core Competencies:
Able to process and screen a high volume of applicants
Training and employee progression
Design and implement coaching services as needed
Manage systems for employee growth
