Taboola, the world’s largest content recommendation platform, is hiring a creative and talented professional to join our team as the Director, OD & Talent Success within our global People Operation team (HR). In this role you will develop and lead organizational, leadership and talent development programs which align HR strategy with key business strategies and initiatives, culture and people needs.

The Job:
- Articulate the company strategy in terms of organizational development, including: leadership & management development, culture, employee experience and other OD practices and processes that will drive the strategy forward.
- Manage and support the talent and organizational development strategy and processes among all levels of the organization, particularly among senior executives and leaders.
- Execute key programmatic elements of organizational development processes (such as performance feedback process, leadership programs, talent and career management initiatives and more).
- Evolve Taboola’s people capabilities and align them to the dynamic needs of the company
- Assess organizational and talent development needs and analyze gaps between desired state and the current state within Taboola on a regular basis. Design, plan and budget the interventions that bring about the desired changes.
- Provide coaching, best practice resources, and ongoing development planning with our leadership team and people managers.
- Provide consultative services to all divisions of the company regarding team structure, succession planning, role alignment, and establishing goals to adhere to long term objectives.
- Identify areas within the organization for resource efficiency to maximize the individual and team contributions and collaborate with the executive team to drive positive change for the organization.
- Equip HRBPs to effectively implement cross company initiatives to raise the professional, managerial and leadership capabilities of the organization.
- Responsible for leveraging the global Training Budget; plan, monitor and manage relationships with internal interfaces (functional training managers, finance, legal) and external vendors, around budget spend.
What You Need For Success:
- Minimum 10 years of Human Resources/OD experience
- Experience in driving organizational development strategy in a global hi-tech workforce – a must
- Proven change management experience in a technology environment preferred.
- You must be able to share outcomes of the organizational strategy with the executive team regularly; requiring confidence in the approach and a solid belief in data driven decision making.
- You are an advocate for change to support the organization’s goals and priorities.
- Direct experience working with C-level executives and high potential managers.
- Have the ability to earn a high level of trust and maintain confidentiality across all areas of the organization.
- Able to work effectively with cross functional teams while influencing key contributors and peers to work towards common goals, regardless of resource and time constraints, based on prioritization.
- Deep appreciation and sensitivity for our company’s mission and core DNA to be able to respect what can/cannot be changed.
