At White Ops, we’re all hackers. This doesn’t mean you have to hold a key to the internet (although one of our founders does!), but it does require approaching problems in unconventional ways. We are attacking criminal botnets through the ad fraud that finances their operations. Our proprietary technology detects and prevents sophisticated online fraud. What we do:

We keep the internet safe by fighting organized cybercrime. Our products accurately detect and prevent even the most sophisticated bots and our customers include some of the web's largest and most forward-thinking companies.

Who you are:

  • Experience on a People Ops team at a tech company where you’ve juggled multiple, high priority, and often changing needs simultaneously
  • Desire and proficiency in creating and coaching managers to be world class leaders who care deeply about our people and who understand the value of prioritizing their needs as human beings
  • Someone who can take personal responsibility for enhancing the employee experience and continuously examine it
  • An innate desire to do the right thing for the sake of the company, not your ego
  • An incredibly positive, can-do attitude, but not a “yes” person
  • Willingness to experiment with new methods or ways at making work awesome for our team
  • A person who is able to create and execute in one smooth motion in a fashion that keeps pace with the needs of the employees and the business, and without a lot of guidance
  • Someone who enjoys gathering data from different systems, making sense of it all and making decisions based on that data. Someone who likes to automate manual processes can add exponential value
  • An ability to stay focused while also keeping an eye on the big picture
  • Strong work ethic, grit, ability to context switch throughout any given day with any given audience
  • Strong communication skills and generally a person who others can learn from
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees
  • Ability to influence others to try your methods or ideas
  • Ability to think outside the box to create an environment where we train our managers to be world class and build a company that is known for its strong talent
  • Someone who can create and operationalize programs and frameworks for making our company stronger as we grow and scale
  • Someone who can tackle all the details that people may not notice, and roll out some of the most employee centric experiences that make White Ops a great place to work
  • Someone who can execute smoothly in a fashion that keeps pace with the needs of the employees and the business
  • Someone who is able to operate in ambiguity with changing priorities and keep pace with the rate of change

Our mission is to protect the internet by verifying the humanity of every online transaction. Founded in 2012 in a Brooklyn sci-fi bookstore, we now serve trillions of monthly decisions for some of the web’s largest platforms. Our technology protects digital advertisers, publishers, ad tech, and enterprise businesses globally by detecting and blocking bots. It’s an ongoing war that we happily fight every day.
