With growth plans of reaching ~400 employees by the end of the year, we inevitably discovered the need for more well-defined work processes, optimization and efficiency in Talent workflows, and a partnership for planning and execution of Talent initiatives and goals. This individual will be the champion of creating streamlined processes across our organization, be innovative and solutions-oriented.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive operational excellence in Talent processes & systems
- Retool Talent by researching and building, buying or partnering on solutions for process automation, talent integrations, and organizational alignment
- Drive initiatives around consistent reporting of key insights to Talent and Leadership team, and optimize existing reporting solutions
- Uncover bottlenecks and limitations in interview processes
- Ensure effective documentation and communication of all Talent processes and workflows
- Ensure the operational and administrative processes, procedures and documents are updated and shared with appropriate stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships for Talent products including but not limited to our ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, branding platforms, and various job posting vendors
- Partner with Head of Talent to forecast annual and quarterly needs
- Assist in the creation of training programs for the Talent team
- Lead all aspects of regulatory compliance, data integrity, and audits in our recruiting practices
What we expect from you:
- Minimum of 3 years in recruiting or talent operations
- 7-10 years of experience in Talent or Recruiting
- Strong planning, project management and organization skills
- Resourceful, creative and proactive, anticipating team needs and providing solutions
- Deep experience with ATS/ HRIS systems integration
- Self-starter, comfortable with a rapidly changing office environment
